Old Tyme Italian Cuisine ****

Being on a committee that used to have its meetings at a different location every couple of months has its perks. One such place is family-owned Old Tyme Cuisine. Somewhat romantic, this place is quite hidden although it's on a main street. It has only the parking sign (see picture) with its name on it.

More recently, my date and I had an early dinner, much to our enjoyment. The kind waitress served us with a smile and checked on us quite frequently. We ordered the Chicken A La Armando and Chicken Saltinbocca (not a typo:), both on ziti and both delicious. The Chicken A La Armando came with eggplant on top of roasted peppers, mozzarella cheese, oven baked and covered with marinated tomatoes. My saltimbocca came sauteed with mushrooms stuffed with imported brosutto cheese and spinach.
