The Knife - Sawgrass ****

Going retro here. I know it's not in the Boston area, but on my last trip to Miami, my cousin took me to an Argentinean steak house. I must say, there is NO steak in New England that compares to this. The gaucho (cowboy) dates back centuries before the American cowboy and is responsible for the best tasting steak on the planet!

With their buffet styled grill and incredible salad bar, a great mouth-watering meal was a guarantee and their beyond friendly waitress, dressed in a traditional Argentinean dress, provided us with great insight on their food preparation and history. Next time you're in Miami, you may want to check The Knife out, just stick to their lunch specials for the budget conscious.
