House of Siam ****

A nice dinner with friends and family; we popped in and I'm glad we did. Small, romantic and perfectly presented candlelit tables add to this upscale, yet affordable hidden jewel. First thing I thought of was, "What a nice place for a date!", with its candlelit tables and well-presented entrees.

This dimly lit neighborhood eatry not only provides locals with great day-to-day food, but for the occasional visitor into the City (like me) it's refreshing to find a cheap eat in Boston.

Ambience: Casual, Romantic, Upscale

Cuisine: Thai

The Bad:
The bathroom is very, very small
Parking: Street Parking, Metered Parking

The Good:
Service: Average
Cleanliness: Very clean
People: Great for couples
Other: Delivery

Price: Cheap, the priciest dishes are $16.95, but the majority are under $15 per entrée. Appetizers under $10. For Boston, it's actually cheap.

Date Rate: …will you marry me?

Overall Value: 4 Stars!

The food here at House of Siam is much cheaper than the famous Thai restaurant Lotus of Siam. You will have the opportunity to try out delicious Thai food here without spending a lot.
